How can I create an account? 

You can register on this page. Simply fill in your data and click on Continue. You’ll be redirected to the main page. You can log in using the “Log in” button and providing your e-mail and password.  
Make sure you look at our User guide - written only to help you set up your account and profile !
NOTE: you must read Terms and Conditions before accepting it!

How do I activate my account? 

Activation is not needed. You can log in right after registering.  

Is account free? 

Yes. Most of Legalcluster features are available for free - both for personal and company profiles. However, we also offer paid features (such as endorsements, Legalscore, ...). 

What data is necessary to create an account? 

To create an account, you need to provide your first name, last name, e-mail address and create a password for your account.
We recommend all users to fill in their detailed profile after creating their account. To create your detailed user profile, click on the "Profile" item in the top menu and fill in the form.

I can’t log in. 

Check your login and password for spelling mistakes. If the problem persists, please contact our support team using the chat box in the bottom right corner of the page. 

I’ve forgotten my password. 

Click on the 'Forgot password?' link on the log in page (it's right where you usually enter your password).

You'll be asked to provide your e-mail adress, the same you used for registering your Legalcluster profile. After clicking on the "Send verification code" button, the code will be sent to your e-mail. 

Click on "Continue".
Put the code from the message in the provided space on the page and click 'Verify code'. You'll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password for the account. 

 After completing it, you will have to sign in again using your new password.

I didn't receive the email with verification code to reset my password.

Check all the folders in your inbox, including the SPAM folders or junk mail. If you don't find the verification email there, click on the 'send new code' button and check your inbox again. If the problem persists, please contact the Support Team using the chat box in the bottom right corner of the page. 

The verification code I entered for password reset is incorrect. 

Make sure you entered all the digits in the right order. You can also try copying the code directly to the page (CTRL + C // CTRL + V).
If that doesn't help, click on the 'send new code' button and try again.
If the problem persists, please contact the Support Team using the chat box in the bottom right corner of the page. 

How can I change my password?

Choose 'Settings' from the dropdown menu in the navigation bar - just click at your name or profile picture on the right side to access the menu. 

You'll see a page which allows you to provide a new password. Remember that, just as when you registered, your password must meet certain safety requirements. They are all listed there.

How can I invite someone to Legalcluster? 

After logging in, go to the "Invite" page in menu. Fill in data of person you would like to invite and press 'Send invitation'. They will receive an e-mail inviting them to join Legalcluster. Learn more about this process in our article dedicated to growing your network.

Who can see my profile on Legalcluster? 

By default, only other users logged into Legalcluster can see your profile. If you'd like to change that, after logging in go to Privacy Settings Page (you can access it also via link in the dropdown menu in the navigation bar - just left click where your name or profile picture is, on the left side). 

There you can choose one of the other two options: your account can be visible only to people in your network or to everyone visiting Legalcluster - even if they are not logged in.

If you (or anyone else) want to share your profile on other social media, your data will only be visible in the post if you choose the Public privacy setting. In any other case, only users with permission (all logged in users or people from your network) will be able to see it after clicking the link.
